Facilities

The facilities are simple but effective, rustic but clean. Designed by Tom & Liv, the shower and compost toilet units are built for purpose and made by local fabricators at Haddy’s. 


The compost toilets are long drop, and the showers & washing up areas are heated by a gas boiler, the perfect solution for off grid camping. Please note that the use of the hot water and toilet roll is included in your pitch fee on this site, therefore no hidden extras during your stay. 

Hot Showers

Our gas-powered showers provide reliable hot water, included in your pitch fee—no hidden costs, just a refreshing wash after a day of adventure.

Honesty Shop

A small honesty shop offers locally sourced bread, meat, dairy, and essentials. Cash payments only. Limited fridge and freezer space available for campers (not allocated per pitch.)

Communal Kitchen

A simple, functional space with washing-up areas and basic facilities to prepare meals. Please clean up after use to keep it enjoyable for everyone.

FAQ

  • Where can I dispose of my waste and recycling?

    Devon Contract Waste provides Zero to Landfill recycling and general waste bins at the campsite entrance.

  • Is drinking water provided on-site?

    The campsite water supply is untreated spring water. Please bring your own drinking water or purchase bottled water from the onsite shop.

  • Are there any on-site cooking facilities?

    While we don’t provide full cooking facilities, there is a communal kitchen with washing-up areas and space to prepare meals. Campers should bring their own cooking equipment.
